If you do not enjoy your purchase, simply return it to Yankee Marketplace within two weeks at our expense, and we will refund 100% of the purchase price to you.
Returns & Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase upon arrival for damage. If you receive a damaged product, it will be replaced upon its return. Just fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form and follow the instructions for shipping.

We want to make it easy for you. Authorization from our Customer Service representatives is not required when making a return or exchange. Simply choose from the following options:

Returns by Mail

Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order’s packing slip, or print out our Returns & Exchanges Form.* (The form can be completed electronically, then printed from your computer before clicking on the submit button.)

Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.

Return the item by using one of the labels included with your order's packing slip, or use the Prepaid Merchandise Return Label found on the Return and Exchange Form.* Affix this label over the original shipping label on your package. Leave your package at your mailbox or drop it off at the nearest post office. Please note that a $6.50 fee is charged for the use of this label.

If you would like to pay your own postage, please use the Merchandise Return Label found on the Returns & Exchanges Form.* Affix this label over the original shipping label and take this package to your preferred postal carrier.
Returning Items Delivered by Freight
To return or exchange an item delivered by freight, please call Customer Service at 1-603-232-9179. We will arrange the return shipment with a freight company.
